Last week we went to another city for a wedding of some good friends. On the way out of our apartment complex Ella got a butterfly to land on her hand!
At the Airport
A group of ladies from the States worked on making cupcakes for the wedding. I missed my grandma so much as well as the rest of the Better Batter Bakers.
It was incredibly fun and encouraging to spend the day with these women...
They also had an improntu sewing bee...Ella stayed in this room and talked their ears off! Who knows what they now know about our family!

The girls were flower girls. Often flower girls here just wear their nicest dress. Ella wore one that I wore when I was a flower girl years and years ago (my mom made the dress).
L has lost over 30 pounds since last September! He's working out at a gym everyday.

FINALLY getting to eat those cupcakes...major self-control showed by these little girls who attended the cupcake making party and had to wait all the way until the next day to eat one!
Ruth, this is for you...its hard to see but the girls packed their own suitcase of toys and owl came wearing the anklet you sent the girls. So cute!
